There are two methods to settle a legal dispute: amicable negotiation or judicial proceeding.
Judicial proceeding is always time, cost and energy consuming. The worse thing is, no one can grantee winning of litigation even after the client has paid huge fund, not to mention there always exists an enforcement problem even after winning of the lawsuit.
Unique with the other law firm, our dispute solution is to participate amicable negotiation between disputed parties on behalf of our client before time-consuming lawsuit. Lawyer's involvement at pre-litigate mediation can prevent face to face confrontation of the disputing parties, to eliminate misunderstandings, to achieve reconciliation for our clients and to eventually settle the dispute in a friendly way.
Even if the dispute can not be amicably settled, we can collect strong evidence in the mediation process for our client, to ensure our client to win following legal proceeding and to
maximally enforce the court's judgment.
For pre-litigate mediation cases which can be settled by monetary compensation, our service fee will be based on contingency, no settlement, no cost for the client.
